Grant for sinking houses

Good news! The Montreal subsidy program for sinking houses (maisons lézardées), has been reinstated as of October 27th, 2014. Contact the Access Montreal office to find out more or click here.

The Dorval borough is also offering a grant for sinking homes that covers two thirds (66%) of costs for work, up to a maximum of $12 500.
